Choosing a digital corrugated press comes down to three matches: how wide you print (sheet width), how much you print per day (throughput), and how good it needs to look (resolution & colour). Follow the three steps below, then check the specification table for every Ruisheng model.
Three steps to the right model
Start with sheet width
Maximum board width decides the machine class. Up to 900 mm → RS1800-HPA3. Above 1,200 mm with continuous high-speed feeding → Single-Pass series (E72G / E36S / E32S). Full 2,500 × 1,350 mm sheets → Scanning series (E16 / E8 / E20UV / R16UV). Folding cartons on paperboard → RS1900-E16 print-laminate-cut line.
Then size the throughput
Convert daily order volume into m/min or ㎡/h. Above 50,000 ㎡/day → E72G (150 m/min). 20,000–40,000 ㎡ → E36S (106 m/min) or E32S (200 m/min at 530 mm). 10,000–20,000 ㎡ with many short runs → E16 / E8. Start-up or sampling → RS1800-HPA3.
Finally, resolution & colour
Shipping-carton logos and barcodes are fine at 300–600 dpi. Premium graphics and photo-level imagery need 1200 dpi (RS1800-HPA3, E16). Uncoated board, white ink or instant-dry jobs → UV models (E20UV / R16UV, CMYK+W).

Figures are reference values under standard conditions. Real throughput varies with board weight, ink coverage and feeding mode. Width, feeding, drying and varnishing can all be tailored to your orders.

Details we still need from you
- Maximum / minimum sheet size and thickness (3–40 mm is standard; outside this range needs checking)
- Daily output plus seasonal peaks — decides single vs. double shift configuration
- In-line requirements: drying, varnishing, lamination, cutting
- Site conditions: power, compressed air, extraction and floor space (largest model ≈ 5020 × 3520 × 1840 mm)
- Ink preference: aqueous (eco, lower cost) or UV (broader substrate range, instant cure)
