Print, laminate and cut on one line. Sixteen Epson industrial printheads print at 80–160 m²/h (861–1,722 sq ft/h) straight from artwork — no plates, no makeready. Board goes in and finished pieces come out, with printing, lamination and cutting running inline and no intermediate handling. Prints grey-back white board, white card, art paper and coated stock in roll-to-roll or roll-to-sheet, and is built for short-run, multi-SKU colour box and carton work.
Continuous run on site, not a staged demo.
If you cannot visit, we can run a video check on your own artwork.

For high-detail realistic images

Smooth surface, even ink lay
What each part actually does — not just a list of model names.

PrecisionCore micro-piezo heads with multi-grey output and high resolution; 16 heads cover the full 1.9 m width.

Accurate, low-power and strong feeding; web tension stays stable over long runs, reducing registration drift.

High-density rubber rollers with adjustable pressure hold 50-400 g stock flat and on track.

Industrial control board handling image data and head driving; stable output without speed drop on long jobs.

Ink dries as it prints at speed, reducing set-off when stacking and stabilising the ink layer before lamination.

High load capacity and synchronised tension for continuous production with less loading downtime.

Eight-colour supply with a wide gamut, smooth gradients and fine detail for realistic food imagery.

It combines printing, laminating and cutting in one machine: board in, finished piece out. That removes the handling between separate print, lamination and die-cutting stations — ideal if you want a single-pass-to-finished-workflow.
1.9 m wide with unlimited length (continuous feed), suited to long boards and continuous production.
80-160 m²/h, varying with ink coverage, resolution mode and whether the laminating/cutting modules are engaged.
Paper-based stocks: grey-back board, white card, coated paper and art paper. Note it is a paper machine, not a corrugated one — for corrugated board choose the RS1800 or RS2500 series.
Four process colours — red, yellow, blue, black — plus light blue, light red, light black and light-light black, eight channels in total. The light inks keep gradients and flat tints smooth.
≥360×600 dpi from 16 high-precision piezo heads, with clean detail and barcodes.
No. The laminating module engages on demand to add rub and moisture resistance; you can print and output directly when it is not needed.
Around 4300 kg, needing a level load-bearing floor and three-phase power. The all-in-one line is long, so allow access for delivery. Contact sales for exact dimensions and utilities.
Typically 30-45 days for standard builds, including on-site installation, commissioning and operator training, with long-term support and consumable supply. Custom builds follow the contract.
