Selling the machine is only the start. Installation, training, remote diagnostics and parts supply decide whether the line still runs at rated speed three years later.
Every step carries a stated commitment — no "as soon as possible".
Within three days of the machine being unloaded, electrical connection, levelling and full commissioning are complete and the line is ready for production.
3 daysFirst-visit training is free and runs three to seven days, covering operation, RIP output, ink circuit maintenance, printhead care and common fault handling.
3–7 daysThrough the first production orders, engineers follow up remotely on colour curves and process adjustments for your actual work until output is stable.
As neededField engineers return at intervals to check printhead condition, the ink circuit and feeding accuracy, dealing with issues before they become failures.
PeriodicallyOne year, excluding wear items such as printheads and ink circuits. Parts that fail through no fault of yours are replaced free of charge during the warranty period.
Epson i3200 printheads one year; HP A3 printheads six months. Damage caused by using ink outside our recommended list is not covered.
95% of issues are resolved by remote diagnostics. Every machine ships with a 10-inch PLC-connected IoT control panel supporting remote parameter maintenance and firmware upgrades.
When remote support cannot settle it, an engineer is on site within 24 hours.
Common wear parts are held in stock, and printheads are supplied by model (i3200-A1 / i3200-U1 / HP A3).
Branches in Linyi, Jinan, Dongguang and Shenzhen, with agents in other regions including Zhejiang — all staffed with technical and sales personnel.
Make maintenance something the operator can finish in ten minutes a day, and the machine never stops because someone forgot.
Send us the model, the symptoms and a photo from the floor, and an engineer will reply as soon as possible. For urgent faults, please call directly.
